We are calling out the gritty squads and the high-IQ hoopers of Vancouver. For the inaugural Winter ’26 season, we have consolidated our divisions to create the ultimate Wednesday night atmosphere.
Designed for teams that value competition over cardio, this league offers elite organization, verified referees, and now—full video coverage with our brand new equipment upgrade.
If your squad runs sets, plays lock-down defense, and wants to battle for the $1,300 Championship Package and bragging rights, this is your league.
Wednesday nights are for the real ones.
OFFICIAL GAME RULES
1. GAME TIMING & CLOCK

Regular Season: 2 x 20-minute running halves.

Playoffs (Semis & Finals): 2 x 22-minute running halves.
2. Stop Time:

Regular Season: Final 2 minutes of the 2nd half (if score difference is < 15 points).

Semis & Finals: Final 5 minutes of the 2nd half (if score difference is < 15 points).

Halftime: 3 minutes.
3. OVERTIME & TIMEOUTS

Overtime: 2 minutes (Regular Season) / 3 minutes (Playoffs).

Timeouts: 1 per half (No carryover).
4. FOULS & OFFICIATING

Referees: 2 Officials for Regular Season. 3 Officials for Semis & Finals.

Fouls: 5 personal fouls to foul out.

Bonus: Team enters penalty (Free Throws) on the 8th team foul per half.

Shot Clock: 30 seconds (Full) / 18 seconds (Offensive Rebound).

Playoff Eligibility: Players must play a minimum of 3 Regular Season games to qualify.
